Power Source Motors Warranty

This limited warranty applies to eligible engines, transmissions, and parts sold by Power Source Motors. Warranty coverage begins on the date the customer receives the item. Some products may also carry a separate manufacturer warranty stated on the product listing or manufacturer documentation. Product-specific manufacturer terms identify the applicable warranty provider, period, scope, exclusions, and claim process and may differ from this policy.

Warranty Periods

Used engines and transmissions: 90 days from delivery.

Other eligible mechanical and electrical parts, including ECUs: 30 days from delivery.

Product-specific manufacturer warranties

When a product listing or manufacturer documentation states a separate manufacturer warranty, that warranty applies to the product according to the stated manufacturer terms. Power Source Motors does not extend, replace, or guarantee a manufacturer warranty unless the applicable listing or written order confirmation expressly says so. If the warranty provider or claim process is not clear, contact Power Source Motors before beginning repairs or returning the item.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers a defect that prevents an eligible item from functioning substantially as described at the time of sale, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

Warranty claims are separate from standard change-of-mind returns. Standard returns are governed by the Power Source Motors Refund & Return Policy.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Power Source Motors at info@powersourcemotors.com before disassembling, repairing, modifying, or returning the item.

Please provide the order information, installation information, a description of the issue, and reasonable diagnostic evidence such as photographs or video when requested.

Power Source Motors may require an inspection or additional information before approving a warranty claim.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation, improper fluids, overheating, lack of maintenance, abuse, racing, modification, or use outside the item’s intended application.
• Incompatible vehicle applications or continued operation after a defect appears.
• Normal wear, seals, gaskets, fluids, filters, belts, hoses, consumables, or other maintenance items unless expressly included in writing.
• Damage caused after delivery, storage conditions, accidents, or transportation arranged by the customer.
• Labor, installation, diagnostics, towing, transportation, storage, rental vehicles, lost profits, or other consequential costs.

Warranty Remedy

For an approved warranty claim, Power Source Motors may, at its option, repair the eligible item, provide a replacement item, or refund the eligible purchase amount.

The warranty remedy does not extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

Important Requirements

Do not disassemble, repair, modify, or return an item without written instructions from Power Source Motors. Unauthorized disassembly or repair may make the item ineligible for warranty coverage.

For standard non-defective or change-of-mind returns, please refer to the Power Source Motors Refund & Return Policy. Standard returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the requirements stated in that policy.
