Product Information and Fitment

Vehicle compatibility should be confirmed with a qualified technician or installer before purchase.

Unless expressly stated on the applicable product listing or written order confirmation, Power Source Motors does not promise a particular mileage, inspection result, compression-test result, certification, performance level, or included accessory.

Orders, Prices, and Availability

Prices, availability, images, product descriptions, and other listing information may be corrected or updated.

Power Source Motors may decline or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing, inventory, product-description, payment, or technical error. If an order is cancelled for that reason, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be handled according to the applicable payment process.

An order is not complete until payment and product availability have been confirmed. Power Source Motors may request additional information needed to process or ship an order.

Payment, Deposits, and Holds

Deposits and holds are governed by the Power Source Motors Refund & Return Policy and the written terms provided for the relevant order.

Deposits and holds are refundable if Power Source Motors cannot fulfill the related order. If a customer cancels after an item has been reserved or sourced, the deposit or hold may be non-refundable as described in the Refund & Return Policy.

Shipping

Shipping to U.S. addresses, processing times, delivery estimates, freight requirements, shipping charges, tracking, and damage reporting are governed by the Power Source Motors Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

The Power Source Motors Refund & Return Policy is the governing policy for returns and refunds.

Standard return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For approved non-defective or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. These charges do not apply to a confirmed defective, incorrect, or transit-damaged item, subject to applicable law.

Defective items are handled through the Power Source Motors Warranty.

Installed or used items, modified items, incorrect items, transit damage, deposits, refund processing, and other return matters are handled according to the Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should not ship an item back without written return instructions from Power Source Motors.
