Power Source Motors Shipping Policy

Power Source Motors ships automotive engines, transmissions, and related parts to addresses in all 50 U.S. states.

Processing Time

Orders are normally handled within 1–3 days after payment is confirmed and product availability has been verified. The configured handling schedule is Monday through Saturday.

Processing may take longer if additional order or shipping information is required.

Order Cutoff and Delivery Estimates

The order cutoff for the configured shipping service is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles). Orders received after the cutoff may be handled on the next service day.

Estimated handling time is 1–3 days. Estimated carrier transit time is 7–9 days, for U.S. destinations, with shipments scheduled Monday through Saturday. The combined estimated order-to-delivery time is approximately 8–12 days when the order cutoff, product availability, and carrier schedule allow.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Freight and oversized shipments may require carrier appointment scheduling and may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is a flat $325 per order for delivery within the United States. Orders totaling $4,000 or more qualify for free shipping. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before the order is placed.

The flat shipping rate or free-shipping eligibility shown at checkout is the shipping charge for the order. Power Source Motors does not add a separate freight, residential-delivery, or liftgate charge after checkout under this policy.

Freight and Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and confirming that the location can safely receive the ordered item. Large or heavy items may require a suitable receiving area or delivery appointment.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the customer by email when the carrier assigns it.

Carrier scans and delivery estimates may change after dispatch.

Damage on Arrival

Customers should inspect the shipment before accepting delivery whenever possible.

Photograph the packaging and item, note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading, and contact Power Source Motors at info@powersourcemotors.com within 48 hours.

Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim process is complete.

Returns, Refunds, and Return Shipping

Return eligibility, the 30-day standard return window, return authorization requirements, return-shipping responsibility, restocking fees, and refund timing are governed by the Power Source Motors Refund & Return Policy.

For approved non-defective or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply as described in the Refund & Return Policy.

Do not ship an item back without written return instructions from Power Source Motors.
